BOATS

Boats all lined up at the dock. The one on the left with a hole down the middle is a catamaran ferry boat. It has two hulls you can count them. One - Tw0 The next boat is a mono hull ferry, it only has one hull. These ferries take people from the island over to another town. They are passenger ferries because they only take people and no cars. Some ferries go back and forth all day long. Others only make special trips at certain times of the day.

This boat is a shrimp boat. Shrimp swim in the water with the fishes. The boat uses nets to catch the shrimp. It has its nets hanging out of the water right now. You can see red buoy markers hanging on the nets. I see tires hanging on the hull of the boat to protect it from things that bump into it. I count - one, two, three tires. I wonder what kind of car the tires came off of.

This shrimp boat has its booms swung out. See them sticking out the sides.

Here's a red fishing boat with green nets and one, two, three, four tires.
The boats name is Miss Marie. You can see it written on the bow.
